Digital Product Nature

eSIM plans are digital, non-returnable, and non-tangible goods. Once an eSIM QR code or activation profile has been delivered or activated on your device, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or reused. Refunds are therefore only issued under limited circumstances as outlined below.

Refund Eligibility

You may qualify for a refund under the following conditions:

The eSIM was not delivered to your registered email or account within the expected timeframe (usually within a few minutes after successful payment), and our support team has verified the delay.
The eSIM failed to activate due to a verified technical issue on our or the provider’s side, and the issue could not be resolved after troubleshooting with our support team.
The purchased eSIM plan was found to be incompatible with your device, only if the incompatibility was not clearly stated on our website at the time of purchase. You will need to ensure your device is eSIM enabled before making the purchase.

Please note: Refunds will not be granted for the following reasons:

Your device is not eSIM-compatible, or was carrier-locked, when this information was already stated or publicly available before purchase.
Improper installation, incorrect scanning, or user error during activation.
Partially used or unused data after successful activation.
Change of mind after purchase or purchasing the wrong plan or destination.
Connectivity issues caused by third-party networks, roaming restrictions, or device settings beyond our control.

Refund Process

To submit a refund request, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number, eSIM plan details, and a clear description of the issue you are experiencing.

  • Cooperate with our technical team for any troubleshooting or verification required before refund approval.

All approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Refunds may take additional time depending on your payment provider’s processing policy.
